Refund policy

📅 Returns

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items.

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

• Ship the item back within 30 days of delivery.

• To start a return, email us at mike.medvediev@gmail.com with your order number.

📜 Conditions of return:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

🧾 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

📌Non-returnable items

• Custom or personalized items (e.g., embossed initials or made-to-order pieces) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Gift cards are non-refundable.

⚠️ Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at mike.medvediev@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.

🔁 Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different color or product, please contact us. We’ll guide you through the process.

❌ Cancellations

We don’t accept cancellations once an order has entered production. If you need to make changes shortly after placing your order, reach out as soon as possible.
