  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • Each product is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipping.


🚚 Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days.

  • Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • A tracking number will be provided by email once your order ships.


🌍 International Shipping

  • We currently ship worldwide.

  • International delivery times vary by destination but typically take 7–21 business days.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

  • Tracking is available for most destinations.


📬 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use this number to follow your package until it arrives.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all:

🧾 Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
